"1. Why did you choose Bellany for your hotel and not other brands? 
We choose Bellany ice cream for a number of reasons:
quality is very important point as we are an international hotel and Sheraton Nha Trang need to deliver a high standard
Price :  Bellany is very competitive in the market and they provide a good support and services
Delivery : they are very customer focused, for any urgent requests they can deliver within an hour.

2. What are the flavors your customers/clients like?
Our customers like to discover and taste exotic and new flavors such as young coconut, soursop or cinnamon

3. What do you feel about Bellany ice cream? As your experience, could you share with us 3 advantages of Bellany different than the other ice cream in the market? 
Taste : all flavors mirror the expected taste especially for fruit sherbet, this is important here in Vietnam
Texture: Bellany has a soft and foamy texture which is easy and not heavy to eat
Selection: in addition to our favorites like chocolate and strawberry, they have a large selection on flavors that suit both the local and international palate

4. What kind of customers/clients like Belany ice cream? Are there some differences between your Asian and your Western clients in terms of flavor's choice ?
Our western customers prefer chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut, mango or new flavors like irish coffee or mojito, where as our regulars and local customers prefer those with local ingredients such as taro, red bean, durian, lime or cinnamon.": Wednesday, January 23, 2013

"1. Why did you choose Bellany for your hotel and not other brands ?
As you know in trois gourmands, I'm looking for authentic tastes and this authenticity I found it in Bellany as they are less fat and sweet it gives to the ice cream a stronger fruit accent. Delivery: One of the strongest of Bellany is their proximity to their customers, they are very customer focused, able to deliver us in a day.

2. What are the flavors your customers/clients like ?
I'm trying to be creative and I combine their ice creams with all my desserts. I give you some examples: I have a cigar-like shape dessert in which I combine Black sesame ice cream with caramel Tuile and "crème patissiere". I have the "mystere" where I transform the vanilla ice cream into a dome with white and crunchy meringue inside, topped with caramelized hazelnuts and rum. As well I use the Soursop sorbet, typical south Vietnam fruit, to combine with red berries paned (served hot); a foam of Milk and blackberry mousse.

3. What do you feel about Bellany ice cream ? As your experience, could you share with us 3 advantages of Bellany different than the other ice cream in the market ?
Taste: I like the fact that they don't use too much fat makes it light in mouth, no heaviness felt on the palate. Texture: Bellany has a soft and foamy texture without being too fat. Selection: Great diversity of flavors, I think I use from them close to 30 different flavors and they are always very supportive to create new flavors.

4. What kind of customers/clients like Belany ice cream? Are there some differences between your Asian and your Western clients in terms of flavor's choice ?

Our western customers prefer chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut,. Black truffle ice cream has become the signature appetizer in my menu. Bellany is definitely more than just a food supplier.
Also the new flavors like Jameson irish coffee or mojito or even Orange Cointreau with alcohol have great feedback from all kinds of customers, it has a strong "surprise" on our customers.": Wednesday, January 30, 2013

Nikko hotel customers are always looking for special and different flavor, and Bellany ice cream provide wide range of flavors, having classic, premium and gourmet and variety of service. I have to mention from the simple vanilla to the black truffle or Jameson Irish coffee

3. What do you feel about Bellany ice cream? As your experience, could you share with us 3 advantages of Bellany different than the other ice cream in the market ?
Taste: Bellany ice cream taste sweet to local and international palate with as soft, texture which make it easy to enjoy. Selection: Bellany has a great selection of ice cream and sorbets. As a Chef is great to work together with company like Bellany. The reason is that we can create together different new flavors.

4. What kind of customers/clients like Bellany ice cream? Are there some differences between your Asian and your Western clients in terms of flavor's choice ?

At Nikko hotel provide a wide range of ice cream and sorbets without discriminating of flavor of taste, giving the classic ice cream like Pistachio or chocolate for Western as well as young coconut, vanilla for Asian customer.": Wednesday, February 6, 2013
